1.Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
A: If you forget your password, please contact us right away. You can call the number: ++86-21-65890700.

2.Q: How to revise my contact info? When will the revision be valid?
A: You can enter ¡°My Trade Office¡±¡ª ¡°Revise my contact info¡± to revise it. You can also revise your contact info in single trade lead you issued, by this means, only contact info of this lead will change.
Notice: When you revise your contact info in E-shop, your contact info when registration will not be revised simultaneously.

3.Q: After I have registered successfully, with this member ID can I also browse the CCFEI website?
A: After you have registered successfully, besides the services provided by our "Trading Zone", you'll also enjoy a full access to our CCFEI website for a seven-day free trial after our staff confirmed your registration info.

4.Q: After I have registered on www. CCFEI.net successfully, can I also log on ¡°Trading Zone¡±?
A: If you are already a CCFEI.net member, no matter an authorized or unauthorized member, a trial member or an expired member, with your member ID in CCFEI you can also log on the Trading Zone.

5.Q: What can I get after I registered successfully?
A: After you registered successfully, you will enjoy following rights:
1). You will not only get a full access to all trade leads in our website, but also post trade leads.
2). You can apply for an e-shop that is characterized by your company profile. With your e-shop, you can easily promote your corporation culture, display products, post trade leads and update company news so as to gain more business opportunities, which will help you effectively deal with online business. You can enter ¡°My Trade Office¡± to manage your e-shop by yourself.
3). Besides, we are prepared to provide you warm services at any time. We will search for upstream or downstream players for you and provide you with contact details.
4). We also provide Points service with which you can get free ad positions and translation service (please get more details in Points Rule).

6.Q: How long will it take the ID to be valid after registration?
A: Your ID will come to valid immediately after you registration succeeds.

7. Q: How important is my registration info?
A: Please make sure that all the info you fill in the registration form is correct! For your registering info, with which other players may get contact with you and our staff will provide you service, will be displayed in each trade lead you issue as well as in your e-shop.

¢ò.About posting trade leads
 
1.Q: How to post trade leads?
A: After you log on, first click the¡°Post trade leads¡±button, or click into the posting page from ¡°Post Trade Leads¡± in My Trade Office.
On the posting page, please fill in product info following relative instructions. Items with asteroid " *"are necessary.
If ¡°Translation¡± is ticked, we will translate your trade lead into Chinese and publish it on our Chinese website if we consider Chinese players will be interested in it.
Product Image: in each lead posted you can upload one image of your product no larger than 100KB. If you do not upload then a default image will be displayed.

2.Q: What's the function of ¡°Post similar trade lead¡± at the bottom of each lead I posted?
A: This function enables you to post another trade lead similar to the one you have just posted. It saves you from filling all the necessary info.

3.Q: How to check and manage lead you posted?
A: After you post a buying lead, you can click ¡°My buying/selling leads¡± button in ¡°My Trade Office¡± to check it. If you want to revise this lead, please click the title of this lead and enter its detailed page, and then click ¡°Revise this lead¡± to revise it.

4.Q: May I post repeated lead?
A: Sorry, trade lead of same content from same ID is not allowed in the same day. Web manager will delete repeated lead and each lead deleted will cost you Points. Repeated rule-breaking may result in deleting of your ID.

5. Q: Why I can't find the lead I posted?
A: Following leads are not allowed in the Trading Zone and will be deleted by web manager once found:
        Leads that breach law, defamatory, or damage others¡¯ benefit.
        Leads of same content issued by the same ID in the same day.
        Rubbish leads that have nothing to do with the business of Trading Zone.

1.Q: What's the function of My Trade Office?
A: Functions in My Trade Office including: Post trade leads, Trade alert subscription, My selling leads, My buying leads, My Favorite, My message Board, Revise my contact info, Change password, Points inquiry, Points redemption, Create/Manage e-shop, Updated company profile, Manage my offer, Company/Product introduction and E-Shop style.

2. Q: How should I use the function of ¡°Trade alert subscription¡±?
A: If you are interested in products of certain categories and want to get more related trade leads, the function of ¡°Trade alert subscription ¡±may help you.
According to the key words of product name or categories you input, we will match trade alert for you. Once the lead is successfully matched, we will send matching trade leads to your registered e-mail box. Also, you can check it by clicking ¡°Browse¡±.

3.Q: What's the function of ¡°Add to my favorite¡±?
A: ¡°Add to my favorite¡± enables you to reserve leads that you are interested in, so that you may review them by clicking ¡°My Favorite¡± button in ¡°My Trade Office ¡±. In this way, you can review leads you are interested in at any time, and also prevent important leads from missing.

4.Q: How to check my message?
A: You can click ¡°My message board¡±. And you can click ¡°Reply this message¡± to reply.
When new messages have not been viewed they will be shown on the homepage every time you log on.

5. Q: How to manage my Points?
A: Click ¡°Points inquiry¡± and you can get detailed info about your Points.

6. Q: How to apply for ad space and manage my ad?
A: Click ¡°Points redemption¡± where you can apply for different kinds of ad space with your Points.

1.Q: What can I get from an e-shop?
A: (1). Every piece of sell lead you posted will be displayed in the ¡°Want To Sell¡± column in your e-shop. Thus the e-shop functions as a collection of your sell leads and helps you manage your e-business.
(2). You¡¯ll get a domain name,http://(company name).ccfei.cn, for your E-shop on our Chinese version website, like a homepage for your company. Typing the domain name in address bar, Chinese customers will be able to directly enter your E-shop on our website.
(3). In your E-shop you may establish a company profile, display company products, issue business info and update company news, which will help you promote yourself and expand your business.

2.Q: What does the item ¡°E-shop category¡± indicate on the e-shop applying page?
A: Your e-shop will be displayed in ¡°classified E-shops¡± according to the categories you've ticked. It helps other users to find your e-shop quickly.
For example, if you tick ¡°Polyester¡±, then other users will find your e-shop by clicking ¡°Polyester¡± in ¡°classified E-shops¡± on the ¡°e-shop¡± page.
Please note: With each member ID you can apply for one e-shop only, but you may tick more than one categories.

3.Q: Why should I publish company profile?
A: Detailed company profile will enable more people to know your company and help you gain more business opportunities.

4.Q: What can I do with ¡°Want To Sell ¡±?
A: All sell info you issue will be shown in the column of ¡° Want To Sell ¡±. In this way, you may better manage your info and promote your products.

5.Q: What can I do with ¡°Want to buy¡±?
A: All buy info you issue will be shown in the column of ¡° Want to buy ¡±, and meanwhile this info will be displayed in your e-shop so as to attract more business opportunities.

6.Q: What can I do with ¡°Company Offer¡±?
A: Clicking ¡°Company Offer¡± button, you can issue your company's offers by typing with the key word, including Product Name, Specification, Grade and Price. Customers may also browse other companies' offers on our website in ¡°Company Offer¡±.

7.Q: What is ¡°Credit status¡±?
A: Our staff will check your identification, telephone number, fax number and email address after you registered on the Trading Zone. And we will mark in your credit status if your registration information is valid.
Please note: The Credit status of an E-shop is just for your reference, indicating that the contact info of the E-shop are valid but does not assure the reality of buy & sell info published in the E-shop.

¢õ. About Points
 
Points Rule

* Points-adding
  • You may gain 200 Points by free register.
  • You may gain 5 Points/day by logging on Trading Zone.
  • Each lead of selling info you publish will gain you 40 Points and 60 Points with image loaded. (180 Points per day as the upper limit)
  • Each lead of buying info you publish will gain you 60 Points and 80 Points with image loaded. (240 Points per day as the upper limit)
  • You may gain 20 Points by republishing each Lead.
  • Successful application for E-shop will gain you 500 Points, and 300 Points more if your E-shop qualifies our credit status identification.
  • You may gain 300 Points by joining our Companies.
  • Recommendation: Anyone visits our Trading Zone through the link in your Recommend Us email will gain you 50 Points (150 Points per day as the upper limit). If he or she successfully registers as a Trading Zone member you will gain another 250 Points (600 Points per day as the upper limit).
  • If your Points are not sufficient for Point Services, you may buy Points with cash (US$1 for 10 Points). Method of payment is to be decided yet.
* Points-deducting
  • Translation Service will cost you 10 Points/lead.
* Points Penalty
    The purpose ofPoints penalty is to prevent spamming info or false info, and other improper behaviors. Related rules are as follows:
    1. Users may lose Points if issue repeated leads or improper info:
      £¨1£©Users who issue repeated leads (with same content, product name, category and variety) will lose 50 Points/lead.
      £¨2)Users who issue leads containing improper info (including but not limited in obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing abusive, infringing info and info that have no relationship to the business range of Trading Zone) will lose 100 Points/lead.
    2.Users who resort to cheating or other improper behaviors to gain Points will lose at least 500 Points once found.
Remarks:
  • Above rules apply only to CCFEI Trading Zone users based on their user names.
  • Points Rule is implemented through manual operation and automatic system operation.
  • All operations of Points-adding and Points-deducting are based on Points Rule mentioned above.
  • Points can not be transferred to others.
  • The rules mentioned above are for trial and CCFEI Trading Zone reserves the ultimate right for the interpretation of this Point Rule.
